Dude, if that says what I think it does, it was actually stopped en route to the wrong destination and either sent back here to the ‘Ville to be corrected or sent on its merry way to you from the intercept point. Otherwise it was caught at the loading point and held over a day after being corrected.
Just so you know. That shipping fee does a lot of other stuff besides actually send it on time. It’s all part of divine providence, man, providence.
