		<description>It's good you clarified that so... well, clearly, because I was just about to say "You can't get hurt &lt;em&gt;that&lt;/em&gt; badly just riding a bike!" but of course, if you are referring to something quite different altogether, then I wouldn't be able to make such a tempting assumption. But really, go biking (for real) since it's great exercise and helps (me at least) clear the mind.</description>
